Our Legal Team is focused on keeping the company's legal and compliance foundations strong across both B2B and B2C directions. From product compliance and consumer rights to marketing, contracting, procurement, and data protection, we cover it all. We dive deep into legal research, corporate and investment matters, and work closely with trusted local advisors to ensure every step we take is sound, strategic, and compliant.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player, who will be able to strengthen the Legal team and increase the operational efficiency of legal processes. The successful
Junior Legal Counsel
will possess a growth mindset and will ensure smooth operations and compliance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work in a Legal team with a Legal Counsels and report to the Senior Legal Counsel;
  • Perform legal research on the required legal and business-related matters;
  • Draft clear and comprehensible memos on different legal matters (EU and US applicable laws);
  • Draft, review, and execute various contracts (templated and customized);
  • Assist Customer Support Team and users in relation to legal matters requests;
  • Work closely and collaborate with the HR team;
  • Support marketing team in IP and advertising matters;
  • Keep records, control, and optimize the documentation (including but not limited to all company's agreements and contracts) workflow;
  • Maintain internal documentation databases;
  • Monitor and analyze legislative developments in the company's areas and jurisdictions of operations (with a focus on Tier 1 countries, including, but not limited to, US and EU).

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a Master's Degree in Law, preferably from a Spanish or US educational institution;
  • You are fluent in English both oral and written (Advanced level);
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an IT company;
  • Your legal research & drafting skills are at an excellent level - we use Practical Law;
  • You possess enough experience in contractual work;
  • You know what GDPR is and e-Privacy, CCPA, and other privacy laws;
  • You are flexible and ready to work in a dynamic environment with conflicting deadlines;
  • You are a dedicated team player with the ability to learn quickly, but do not neglect the routine work;
  • You are not afraid to work independently, as we expect you to self-organize your working time and space;
  • You are tech-savvy and know how to use a range of IT tools for work;
  • You have experience or familiarity with Legal Operations processes and tools.
