Business Transformation Consultant - Hospitality Business

Summary

Join us in an important role supporting the transformation journey of the Hospitality Business Unit. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to help shape and carry out initiatives that bring meaningful change to our customers, our company, and the travel industry.

Your Main Responsibilitiesù

Strategy & Business Design

• Work with leaders to translate transformation goals into clear, measurable actions.
• Assess current performance to identify areas for improvement and capability needs.
• Contribute to the design of future ways of working and decision-making structures.
• Develop transformation roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and success indicators.
• Define and support strategies that enable smooth implementation of change plans.

Project Delivery

• Coordinate streams of transformation programs using inclusive and effective practices.
• Prepare clear presentations to support decisions and investment discussions.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions across teams.
• Oversee implementation of projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Collaboration & Engagement

• Work with internal teams and external partners to align on change initiatives.
• Build and maintain effective relationships to support smooth transitions.

Learning & Development

• Create and deliver training plans to help employees build relevant skills.
• Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

About the Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years of experience in business or organizational transformation, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in complex environments (1+ year).
• Experience in strategic consultancy is helpful but not required.
• Good problem-solving skills to interpret data and support decisions.
• Comfortable using digital tools that support transformation work.
• Fluent in English.
