Job Profile and Description

The primary duty of a Data Entry Specialist is to work with the Product Managers and our international DMC suppliers to ensure that the product that we sell is accurately loaded in our system with prices and descriptions and is available for sale. This job requires the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and quickly and accurately input data.

The Data Entry Specialist possesses a thorough understanding of Avanti products, procedures, and suppliers. It is essential for the Data Entry Specialist to be a team-player, work efficiently, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills to succeed in this fast-paced work environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Create and update product information pages for hotels and experiences utilizing various resources

· Choose images to correctly represent the products that we sell.

· Maintain product accuracy by reviewing information and responding to other departments inquiries

· Input detailed contracts accurately and efficiently into a database

· Support the Product Managers in creating and implementing new products

· Input detailed contracts accurately and efficiently into a database

· Liaising with suppliers to request missing information.

· Working with XML and API integrations to pull data into the system

· Monitor shared inboxes and archive correspondence per guidelines

· Any other duties as assigned
