What are we looking for?
We are looking for a
Senior Mendix Consultant / Tech Lead
, with proven experience in solution design, architecture and governance in low-code platforms, working close to one of our main clients in industrial sector.

Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will Be

• You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Mendix solutions: discovery, architecture, development, integrations, deployment, and governance.
• You will collaborate with international teams across business, architecture, security and operations.
• Design the solution architecture in Mendix (domain model, micro/nanoflows, security, performance).
• Define standards, repositories, branching model, code review practices and governance for the low-code portfolio.
• Coordinate the full App Lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, quality and compliance.
• Lead enterprise integrations: REST/OData, SAP/ERP, corporate services.
• Define deployment, observability, monitoring and hardening guidelines.
• Mentor Mendix Developers (Associate/Intermediate/Advanced levels).
• Ensure consistent UX using Atlas UI and Marketplace modules.
• Co-lead discovery, estimations, roadmap and prioritisation with business stakeholders.
• Support internal training and contribute to the Mendix community as needed.

What UST expects from you?

• 3–5 years of experience in Mendix development, including enterprise projects.
• Mendix Advanced certification (Expert certification or in progress is a plus).
• Strong experience in solution architecture and multi-app deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of REST/OData integrations and SAP ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / GitLab (CI/CD, pipelines, repos).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containers, monitoring (APM/logging).
• Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Siemens Xcelerator / Teamcenter / PLM.
• Data Hub design, modularization and internal libraries.
• Experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Knowledge of AI-assist practices applied to low-code development.

Work Location
100% remote within Spain.

Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
