This role is located in the
Strategy & Planning Department
, which is in charge of the OKR implementation in a group of companies

Our department helps over 4,000 people navigate the planning and execution process every quarter, opening 1,000+ quarter goals, tracking their execution, and submitting the results.

This volume of work requires respective
tools, automation, and reporting, as well as a person who will take ownership and make it great.
We use JIRA as our OKR platform.

You would be our ideal candidate if you

Responsibilities
Tooling

  • Own and maintain the OKR tools (JIRA) for a group of companies
  • Build self-service tools for teams to track, update, and report OKRs
  • Work with IT to ensure secure and scalable systems
  • Support the training and onboarding of internal teams on tools
  • Maintain tool documentation

Reporting

  • Develop real-time dashboards for department-level tracking
  • Enable executive reporting and alignment views

Automation

  • Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual work
  • Implement reminders and alerts to drive quarterly compliance
  • Automate data collection and result aggregation

Feedback

  • Gather and address stakeholder feedback

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • JIRA Administration
  • Project management
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Clear communication appropriate for the audience level
  • Advanced written and spoken English is required

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with OKR methodology and strategy execution frameworks
  • Experience in high-scale environments people)
  • Experience with AI tools integration
  • Experience in igaming / betting
