Core Function: What Your Role EntailsAs the primary contact for new clients, your responsibilities will blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution:
- Expert Consulting: Successfully introduce a book of new clients to our service, immediately designing and launching high-impact Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns structured for both rapid results and long-term sustainability.
- Business Development: Execute proactive outreach (outbound calls) to promote our services, gain a deep understanding of client business goals, and propose highly customized digital solutions.
- Setup Strategy: Take ownership of establishing strategic, results-focused campaigns to ensure instant positive feedback and lay the groundwork for continuous success.
- Revenue Optimization: Be accountable for increasing client advertising investment and systematically identifying and acting on upselling possibilities within your managed portfolio.
- Data Integrity: Maintain an accurate and complete customer database by diligently creating, updating, and managing customer information within the CRM system.
- Client Volume: Efficiently manage a high daily flow of interactions with potential clients, primarily communicating via phone.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate a powerful combination of linguistic ability, professional expertise, and strategic insight:
- Language Mastery: Mandatory C2-level fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Professional History: A minimum of two years' experience in a sales or marketing capacity, with prior experience in demanding, client-facing environments being essential.
- Education: A BA/BS degree is required; a postgraduate degree (MA/MSc) in Marketing or Communications is highly desirable.
- System Acumen: Extensive experience managing, optimizing, and utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
