The
Business Analyst
will act as a key link between business and product development, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The role aims to maximize product value by collaborating closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, and engineering teams, ensuring solutions align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Product Team - Systems

Key responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and manage the backlog to create future technology.
  • Work with the development team and writes user stories.
  • Being the bridge between Developers and product team.
  • Work with key stakeholders to receive the right feedback on the product roadmap and features.
  • Own, prioritize and communicate the short, medium and long-term release plan of the product.
  • Help on communication strategy about products.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment throughout the process with progress reports.
  • Analyze and decompose complex requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts.

Requirements and skills

  • Information's and Technology Engineer Degree or related.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with desktop, web and mobile applications.
  • Background in Software Development.
  • Advanced proficiency in MySQL, Python, DAX, Power BI, and workflow automation. AI/ML is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Scrum Methodology and Jira & Confluence.
  • Goal-oriented and team player.
  • Solid organizational and communication skills.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish.
  • Requirements Analysis and Planning.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
