Your Mission

We're looking for one of our earliest engineers to help build the platform that will redefine

video production. You'll join the engineering team at a pivotal moment — when decisions and

contributions still have massive impact.

This is not about executing tasks. You'll have real ownership across the stack and help shape the

product from its earliest versions. Your mission will be to transform our vision into a robust,

scalable platform that our users will love.

What you'll do

• Design and Build
  : You will lead the development of our platform, from the canvas-based frontend to the AI model orchestration backend.
• Solve Complex Challenges
  : You will tackle unique technical challenges in generative AI, real-time collaboration, and video workflows.
• Define the Tech Stack
  : You will make key decisions about the architecture and technologies we use to build a world-class product.
• Collaborate with Product and Design
  : You will work in a multidisciplinary team to iterate quickly and deliver features that provide real value to our customers.
• Build Culture
  : You will help lay the foundation of our engineering culture, promoting best practices, quality, and innovation.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Object-Oriented Programming & Architecture
  : Strong experience with OOP languages and building clean, modular, and scalable architectures.
• Engineering Best Practices
  : Proven track record of implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and writing high-quality automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
• Java Ecosystem
  : Extensive experience with the Java stack, particularly Spring Boot and GraalVM.
• APIs & Distributed Systems
  : Skilled in designing and scaling REST APIs, microservices, and large distributed systems.
• Design Patterns
  : Practical familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and event-driven architectures.
• Databases
  : Hands-on experience with Postgres and Redis in production environments.
• Containerization & Operating Systems
  : Proficient with Docker and Linux, including containerized development workflows and debugging. Emerging Technologies: Experience or strong interest in generative AI, large-language-model ecosystems (LLMs), LangChain, RAG pipelines, and agentic architectures.

Work Style

• Rapid Prototyping
  : Ability to quickly build functional prototypes and iterate based on feedback — balancing experimentation with product thinking and technical rigor.
• High Ownership
  : Experience working in high-impact, high-autonomy environments such as startups or small product teams, where initiative and accountability matter.

Nice to Have

• Frontend
  : Experience with React, TypeScript, React Query, Tailwind, and Shadcn.
• Infrastructure
  : Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
