Your Benefits

Your Tasks

  • customer support in the automotive sector

  • assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical questions via email

  • quick processing of service requests

  • forwarding complex questions to 2nd-line support

  • ensuring customer retention and satisfaction

Your Profile

  • bilingual speaking: very good knowledge of English and advanced knowledge of German

  • good working knowledge of MS Office

  • strong communication skills and service mentality

  • high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn

  • ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
