About the RoleKey Responsibilities
Deliver IT & OT solutions aligned with business needs and compliance standards.
Partner with stakeholders to analyze demands and propose effective technology solutions.
Manage design, deployment, and delivery of priority projects within scope and budget.
Ensure operational stability and performance of global and local business systems.
Oversee project governance, risk management, and adherence to security policies.
Drive efficient DevOps practices for platforms and applications.
Monitor project execution, control scope, and resolve issues proactively.
Provide accurate reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
Collaborate across teams and strategic suppliers to achieve delivery excellence.
Guarantee smooth transition from project delivery to operations.
Essential Requirements
University degree in Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in IT/OT project delivery and operations management.
Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity and industrial protocols.
Expertise in GxP environments and computerized system validation.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.
ASkilled in stakeholder engagement and change management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with execution and financial management of IT/OT projects and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and ability to drive digital innovation initiatives.
