Accounts Receivable Assistant

Description

In order to strengthen our Accounts Receivable team, we are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant whose main responsibilities will be to support various activities related to invoicing and the cash collection process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer invoices in various systems (Vertec, Oracle, DMS)
  • Cost accounting activities, including administrative processing of POs and expenses
  • Handling various requests from internal projects and customers
  • Participating in monthly closing activities (reports and batch processing)
  • Monitoring payments and actively supporting the cash collection process
  • Identifying issues and errors (new system) and preparing detailed descriptions; ticket follow-up
  • Ensuring accurate booking of accounting transactions in accordance with internal procedures and processes

Competency Requirements:

  • Basic experience in accounting and administration
  • Good command of standard IT tools
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent organization, focus, multitasking abilities, and curiosity
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills
  • English required (C1); French would be a strong asset
