we are currently seeking an experienced and forward-thinking
ServiceNow ITSM Specialist
with the following capabilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Design
  complex architectural solutions in ServiceNow
• Conduct technological assessments
  and
  develop improvement proposals
  for technical solutions
• Provide user
  support, training, and documentation
  .
• Support the
  migration to ServiceNow
  , including
  data mapping
  and
  process alignment.
• Collaborate with process owners
  to
  gather requirements
  and
  implement improvements
  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
  in
  Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience
  in designing and implementing ServiceNow architectures
• Fluency in English
  (B2 level minimum); knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• Experience in modules such as
  ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB
  , among others
• Skilled in
  complex integrations of ServiceNow
  with enterprise systems
• ITIL certification (desired)
• ServiceNow certifications
  (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) are
  a plus.
• EU citizenship is required
• This position requires availability to attend the Alicante office periodically (hybrid on-site/remote model).
