What you'll do:

As an Workday Consultant you'll bridge business strategy and technology ecosystems. You'll gain exposure to strategic consulting, digital HR architecture, and business insights to design exceptional solutions for our clients:

  • Assess HR processes and design digital strategies
    leveraging Workday capabilities.
  • Advise clients on HR transformation roadmaps
    , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead Workday implementation projects
    from a strategic perspective (governance, change management, adoption).
  • Define global HR operating models
    supported by Workday functionalities.
  • Analyze data and provide insights
    to improve workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders
    to drive digital HR initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of Workday trends and best practices
    to guide clients on innovation opportunities.
