Information Technology Administrator

We are looking for a
hands-on and proactive IT Administrator & Technician
to be the
primary on-site IT contact
for our office in Barcelona and production center in Sant Climent de Llobregat. You will take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, provide on-site support to end-users, and independently resolve IT issues. This role requires strong autonomy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset.

You will also act as
smart hands
for our central IT and Network teams, supporting basic network and infrastructure-related tasks on-site.

Your daily tasks will include

• :Provide

• .Act as the
  main IT person on-sit
  e, owning and resolving issues independently
• .Prepare, deploy, and maintain IT equipment for onboardings and device replacements (PCs, laptops, iOS tablets and phones, printers, scanners, and other production IT equipment)
• .Troubleshoot hardware, OS, application, and peripheral issues
• .Assist IT Network & Infrastructure teams with on-site tasks (smart hands)
• .Support and maintain IT workplace tools and systems
• .Document solutions and follow IT processes and best practices
