Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Officer to join our organization. As our AI Officer, you will play a crucial role in advancing our artificial intelligence initiatives and AI transformation. You will work at the intersection of technology and business to develop, implement, and oversee AI strategies and implement them to ensure efficiency, cost saving, growth and quality. 

Key Responsibilities:
As AI Officer you will develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. You will lead all AI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. You will also oversee data collection, preprocessing, and storage, ensuring data quality and compliance with privacy regulations. One of your big topics will be to collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to design and develop AI models that solve complex business problems to gain efficiency, growth, and cost savings. 

You will be monitoring all implemented projects and its functionality, their performance and making necessary improvements. Another crucial topic is to ensure ethical and responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, fairness, and transparency. You will stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and emerging tools, and recommend their integration when applicable. 

Stakeholders:
You will report to group management where it is crucial to keep things clear and straightforward. You need to present projects and its outcome in the helicopter perspective and keep the topics of the technical and detailed level. Assume your audience isn't familiar with technical terminology and frame your presentation as a narrative, explain the problem, the solution, and the impact it will have on the business. Your goal is to empower management with the information they need to make informed decisions without overwhelming them with technical details. Clear and concise communication is key to effective reporting to group management. 

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field; a master is a plus.
• AI Expertise: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI libraries and tools like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Data Management: Expertise in data management, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and database systems.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage AI projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ethics and Compliance: Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and data privacy regulations.

The role is a full time permanent position based in Marbella or Helsingborg.
