You will be reporting to Technical Support Manager.

We support hybrid working schedule

Responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions, related to usage of our software

  • Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase

  • Research, verify, and document product issues

  • Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and French

  • You are and advanced user of Revit, Navisworks and other Autodesk AEC products

  • Professional experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry 5+ years

  • You have a passion for helping people and enjoy solving problems

  • Customer service experience
