Tasks

• Transcribe accurate full pop/rock bands pieces from a given audio source (be able to easily distinguish various independent voices in a mix): lead vocal, backing vocals, lead guitar, accompanying guitar, keyboard, bass and drums.
• Create publish-ready editions as per current industry standards regarding music notation, layout, enharmonies, and rhythmic values
• Provide clean, reliable, accurate sheet music deliverables in digital format using standard music notation software

Required Experience And Skills

• At least 100 transcriptions experience (not arrangements) involving pop/rock bands
• Be proficient with at least one of the following music notation software: Sibelius, Musescore, Dorico
• Fluent English or Spanish skills
• Strong communication and time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Nice-to-haves

• High level of self-discipline
• Fluent in any other language to transcribe and hyphenate vocals
• Experience collaborating with other musicians and/or clients

Compensation by the hour as per the candidate's experience and skillset.
