¿Como será tu día a día con nosotros?

  • Gestión y control del Budget.
  • Gestión del pago de las facturas en DIP.
  • Control de accesos.
  • Gestión de la herramienta CTAIMA.
  • Gestión de los contratos de Renting / flota vehículos de empleados.
  • Soporte en la gestión de la cantina y los víveres de VGED.
  • Gestión y organización de eventos: encuentros de empleados, team building
  • de departamento y Comité Ejecutivo.
  • Gestión y soporte en proyectos que surgen a lo largo del año (iniciativas que
  • ayuden a generar engagement con los empleados).
  • Organización RRHH: dar soporte al departamento, coordinación de salas de
  • reuniones, gestión de tarjetas de empleados y visitas, realización de pedidos
  • (víveres, material gráfico y de oficina).
  • Encuestas Survey/ Monkey
  • Gestión de viajes y liquidaciones.

¿Qué REQUISITOS debes cumplir para formar parte de nuestro equipo?

  • Te apasiona el área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Haber terminado una titulación universitaria de grado o máster (IMPRESCINDIBLE).
  • Disponibilidad jornada completa.
  • No estar cursando estudios actualmente, DEBES tener disponibilidad para cursar el Máster que ofrece el programa.
  • Orientación al detalle, apasionado del sector, alta capacidad de aprendizaje.
  • Iniciativa, innovación, entusiasmo por nuevos retos.
  • Usuario habitual de Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Dominio de inglés es un
    MUST
    , conocimientos de alemán serán muy valorados.
