Als Vlaamssprekende Solution Specialist ondersteun je bedrijven die advies of technische begeleiding nodig hebben bij digitale oplossingen. Je helpt klanten begrijpen hoe zij toepassingen optimaal kunnen inzetten, analyseert problemen en biedt duidelijke stappen om elke uitdaging op te lossen. Dankzij het hybride werkmodel werk je zowel vanuit kantoor als vanuit huis.
Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit het behandelen van ondersteuningstickets, het uitvoeren van analyses, het documenteren van oplossingen en het begeleiden van gebruikers bij configuraties. Je bouwt expertise op in moderne digitale workflows en werkt samen met collegas uit vele landen.
Wij zoeken kandidaten die logisch kunnen denken, duidelijke uitleg kunnen geven en plezier halen uit probleemoplossing. Een technische opleiding is niet verplicht omdat volledige training beschikbaar is. Motivatie, leergierigheid en nauwkeurigheid zijn de belangrijkste eigenschappen.
