We are looking for a
Dutch-speaking Sales Development Specialist
to join an on-site team in
Valencia
, working within the high-tech sector. This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals who enjoy customer interaction, achieving targets, and growing within an international environment.

About The Role
As a
Sales Development Specialist
, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and identifying new opportunities while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales targets and maximizing opportunities on every interaction
  • Identifying customer needs and offering suitable products or services
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensuring service delivery meets sales goals and KPIs
  • Communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions
  • Participating in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales results
  • Supporting customers with billing-related questions when required

Requirements

  • Dutch: C2 level
  • English: Advanced level
  • Previous experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target- and results-oriented mindset
  • Good computer skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude

Salary & Benefits

  • €21,000 gross per year
  • Performance bonus up to €5,000 gross per year
