Buscamos un Construction Manager con experiencia en proyectos residenciales y logísticos, responsable de la gestión integral de la fase de ejecución de obra, desde el inicio de los trabajos hasta la entrega final del proyecto.

La persona seleccionada será responsable del seguimiento técnico, económico y de plazos de las obras, coordinando a los distintos agentes intervinientes (constructoras, direcciones facultativas, ingenierías y proveedores), garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y normativa aplicable.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en
    Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de la Edificación, Ingeniería Industrial o similar
    .
  • Experiencia previa como Construction Manager, Project Manager de obra o posiciones equivalentes.
  • Experiencia en proyectos residenciales y/o logísticos.
  • Perfil organizado, proactivo, independiente y orientado a resultados.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
    de forma recurrente a
    Barcelona, Valencia, Zaragoza y otras ubicaciones de España
    .

Se valorará:

  • Conocimiento de normativa técnica y procesos de licenciamiento.
  • Experiencia trabajando con promotores o fondos inmobiliarios.
