Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)

  • With Accommodation: 1050
  • Without Accommodation: 1251

(Accommodation option: Fully equipped shared apartment with utilities included. Available only to candidates relocating from 100 km+ away.)
Benefits

  • Meal Allowance: 7 per working day (meal card, tax-free).
  • Health Insurance: From day one of the employment contract.
  • Training: 15 working days of paid training (compensated upon successful completion).

What You Will Do

  • Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers
  • Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates
  • Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (written & spoken)
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
  • EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa

Location & Schedule

  • On-site position in Lisbon
  • Rotative shifts between 06:0022:00, MondaySunday
  • 40h/week (8h/day + 1h break)
