About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 
Delivery Manager
 with deep expertise in 
ERP implementations
 and 
software migration projects
. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for our clients, with a strong focus on planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and software migration projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
  • Elaborate and present solution proposals tailored to client needs, in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests with agility and transparency.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing ERP implementations and software migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience working with DevOps teams and modern software development practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
