En Disparate Entertainment continuamos creciendo y buscamos incorporar un/a Finance & Accounting Manager que lidere y profesionalice el área financiera y contable del grupo. Buscamos a alguien meticuloso, analítico y con visión global, capaz de gestionar el día a día financiero mientras impulsa procesos y mejoras internas.

Responsabilidades principales


• Supervisión completa de la contabilidad general y analítica de las sociedades del grupo.


• Elaboración de cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.


• Gestión de tesorería, control de pagos, cobros y conciliaciones bancarias.


• Elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos y previsiones de cada proyecto y sociedad.


• Preparación de informes financieros y reporting para Dirección.


• Coordinación con asesoría fiscal, laboral y auditorías externas.


• Optimización de procesos administrativos y financieros.


• Soporte económico a las áreas de producción, booking y dirección cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos del puesto


• Formación en ADE, Economía, Finanzas o similar.


• Experiencia mínima de 4–6 años en funciones financieras y contables.


• Conocimiento sólido de contabilidad, reporting y control de gestión.


• Manejo avanzado de Excel y ERPs.


• Perfil muy organizado, analítico y orientado al detalle.


• Valorable experiencia en empresas con varias sociedades o proyectos simultáneos.
