Responsabilidades clave:

  • Servir una amplia variedad de bebidas frías y calientes, como cafés, tés, batidos y bebidas especiales que se alinean con el tema Volta Bar.
  • Prestar una atención meticulosa a la presentación y consistencia de cada bebida antes del servicio.
  • Ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional, interactuando con los clientes, anticipándose a sus necesidades y recomendándoles bebidas personalizadas.
  • Conocer en profundidad los distintos tipos de café, infusiones, batidos e ingredientes que se utilizan habitualmente en el servicio de desayunos y comidas.
  • Estar al día de las nuevas tendencias y técnicas del café para ofrecer una experiencia de bebida única e innovadora, ser capaz de compartir conversaciones con el cliente con un enfoque profesional.
  • Cumplir las normas y reglamentos del hotel y las disposiciones contenidas en el Manual del Empleado de Miiro.
  • Participar activamente en los programas de formación y desarrollo y aprovechar al máximo las oportunidades de autodesarrollo.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia demostrada como Barista o en un puesto similar en un restaurante de alta gama o de gran afluencia.
  • Dominio del español y del inglés.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en horario flexible, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.
