Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group)

is is hiring
Systems Engineers
(f/m) to support the development, integration and validation of complex systems for leading aerospace and high‑technology platforms.

Your mission

As part of a dynamic multi‑disciplinary team, you will:

  • Perform analysis of
    avionics system designs and requirements
    for high‑criticality EW domains.
  • Develop
    executable test plans
    addressing technical, functional and verification specifications.
  • Define and adapt
    design requirements
    for Mission Data Generation, including workflow definition and optimisation.
  • Support
    lab‑based system evaluation
    , operating test benches and specialised equipment to assess functional and performance compliance.
  • Work directly with Electronic Warfare subsystems such as
    Emitter Location Systems, Anti‑Radiation Missile systems, Radar Warning Receivers
    , Test Environment Systems and
    RF Emitter Simulators
    .

You will collaborate closely with
systems architects, designers, verification teams and lab integration teams
, ensuring robust and on‑time integration of EW capabilities.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

A Master's or Diploma degree in:

  • Electrical Engineering / Electronics
  • Computer Science
  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Information Systems or similar technical fields

Professional experience in:

  • Systems Engineering
  • Avionics, Electronic Warfare or mission‑critical systems
  • Requirements engineering (DOORS)
  • Test, verification or validation activities

Language skills:

  • English B2+
  • German
    is a strong plus

Availability to work
on‑site in Germany
on defence programmes.
