Importante empresa del sector farmacéutico, precisa incorporar un/a FP&A- Finance Manager:

Funciones:

  • Proporcionar informes financieros y de gestión con el análisis correcto al CFO.
  • Gestionar la preparación de los planes de negocio en coordinación con los diversos departamentos.
  • Analizar costes, precios, contribuciones variables, resultados de ventas y el rendimiento real de la empresa en comparación con los planes.
  • Llevar a cabo revisiones y evaluaciones en busca de oportunidades de eficiencia de costes.
  • Colaborar y servir de enlace con los auditores cuando sea necesario para garantizar la exactitud de los datos financieros.
  • Supervisar las operaciones de los departamentos financieros, establecer metas y objetivos, y diseñar un marco para su cumplimiento.
  • Definir e implementar las herramientas y softwares necesarios para obtener eficiencias a través de los procesos y mejorar la precisión de los datos.

Requisitos y Habilidades

  • Experiencia demostrada (más de 2 años) como Finance manager, idealmente en una empresa industrial.
  • Experiencia como analista financiero, controlling o FP&A
  • Adaptación probada en entornos de rápido cambio..
  • Usuario experto de ERPs financieros; la experiencia en la implementación e integración de diferentes softwares es un valor. SAP S/4HANA será deseable.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y de presentación.
  • Capacidad para gestionar, guiar y liderar equipos.
  • Grado en Empresariales, Contabilidad o Finanzas con experiencia en Auditoría, idealmente de una Big4.
  • Inglés y español imprescindibles, otros idiomas serán un plus.
  • Máster u otra cualificación profesional será considerado un plus.
