We are looking for a Service Center Agent with native level of Norwegian and advanced level of English in our office in Barcelona (Spain)
The primary objective of the role is to Support Customer Service through emails, inbound calls, outbound calls, and other channels. Also support Training Management Administration. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools and identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries in an adequate and timely manner, through final resolution.
- Correctly identify learning items in training administration software (Learning Management System) and update their information.
- Support the achievement of training scheduling and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Track each step of the processes to ensure nothing is missed.
- Manage reports on a weekly basis to monitor session fill rates and decide on campaigning strategies.
- Anticipate demand for sessions and provide feedback to the supervisor.
- Possess the flexibility to take on additional tasks and/or projects as needed.
- Handle customer calls/emails during transitions from one system to another.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to facilitate solutions.
- Support in training other colleagues
Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
Core Competencies:
- 1 year + Service Centre or Customer Service Experience
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office software.
- Must read, write, and speak English; Norwegian will be mandatory for the markets you work with.
