Descripción

Un ingeniero de línea de vuelo es un profesional de conocimientos amplios sobre los diferentes tipos de instalaciones aeronáuticas (fuel, hidráulica, eléctrica, equipado, etc), mantenimiento de aeronaves, y carga de software. Dedicado al soporte a producción durante el proceso de entrega de los aviones. Da soporte a la Línea de Vuelo: tanto para completar las tareas finales de la conversión (parte 21); como mantener la aeronave en las condiciones de vuelo (Parte 145). Y si es necesario actuar sobre la documentación de fabricación con los cambios necesarios, apoyar a producción en la comprensión de las instrucciones de trabajo, reportar al departamento de Ingenieria de proceso de Airbus DS errores en la documentación/trabajos de entrega.

Actualizar la documentación de trabajo (puesta a punto) con las incidencias detectadas en aviones anteriores.

Un ingeniero de proceso debe ser capaz de interpretar modelos 3D, planos de montaje, esquemas eléctricos, manuales de avión, requerimientos de diseño, instrucciones de carga de software.

Las herramientas principales son: Sprint, SAP, (Amm, IPC, …), Demat, Sipla, Catia, Sidie, etc

  • Las funciones que realizarás serán las siguientes:
  • Creación/modificación de documentación de trabajo (Job Cards) en SAP/Sipla
  • Creación/modificación de tareas para la entrega aplicables para cada avión en Sprint
  • Creación/modificación de Instrucciones Técnicas de trabajo
  • Creación/modificación de editables de conexionado y/o continuidad
  • Seguimiento de las incidencias en producción
  • Ayudar a producción con las tareas de mantenimiento necesarias para mantener la aeronave en estado de aeronavegabilidad
  • Ayudar a producción en las cargas de software de equipos embarcados que sean necesarias para la entrega del avión
  • Estudios de configuración de avión, y análisis de Propuestas de Modificación de Diseño
  • Implementación de Hojas de No Conformidad (HNC)

  • Actuaciones de Obra en Curso sobre la documentación en taller (AOC)

  • Requisitos mínimos:

  • Ingeniero industrial / electrónica / eléctrico / aeronáutico o Grado de FP Medio/Superior de la rama Industrial

  • Ingles B2
  • Catia

  • Interpretación de esquemas eléctricos

  • Capacidades adicionales a valorar:

  • Programación VBA

  • Excel avanzado

  • Aplicaciones Airbus (, SAP, Sidie, SNT)
  • Interés por el sector industrial, especialmente aeronaves
