JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Superior Research Technician with research experience in the field of addiction to join the Research Group on Medical Complications and Clinical Pharmacology of Substance Use Disorder. The ideal candidate will support ongoing research projects focused on the medical, pharmacological, and clinical aspects of substance use disorders, contributing to high-quality scientific output and the advancement of the group's research objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE

• Required level of education: Bachelor's Degree in Medicine + Master in science or related
• Languages: Catalan, Spanish, English.
• Specific knowledge: Medical consequences of substance use. 
• Personal skills: teamwork, attention to detail.
• Required experience: prior research in addiction.

• Type of contract: Full-time- 1628h/year, Indefinite contract linked to RICORS-RIAPAd. (Indefinido por actividades científico-técnicas - (Ley de la ciencia 17/2022)

• Research project management, including identifying funding opportunities and writing grant proposals.

• Medical and scientific writing, preparing reports, manuscripts, abstracts, and other technical materials.

• Data collection, processing, and accurate data entry to support ongoing research activities.

• General administrative and operational support for research-related tasks and team activities.

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery, high-quality standards, and achievement of project goals.
