Genesy AI is a Barcelona-based startup on a mission to revolutionize how B2B sales and prospecting teams operate. By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results.
After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.
About the role
You'll own the first and most critical phase of the customer journey: turning new customers into confident, active users who reach first value fast.
This is not a "product demo" role. It's a consultative, execution-focused onboarding role at the intersection of outbound strategy, product adoption, and customer success.
- Own customer onboarding end-to-end
Lead kick-off and onboarding sessions, guiding B2B customers through the implementation of Genesy within their outbound sales process. - Advise on outbound strategy and execution
Support customers with ICP definition, list building, campaign structure, and outbound best practices to help them generate pipeline. - Drive time to first value
Monitor early usage, identify adoption or integration risks, and proactively unblock customers until they achieve their first meaningful results. - Build scalable onboarding assets
Create and improve documentation, guides, and training materials to strengthen our self-serve and scaled onboarding programs. - Act as a customer feedback loop
Work closely with Product, Sales, and CS to surface recurring friction, insights, and opportunities to improve the platform and onboarding experience.
About you
- You have a strong understanding of how B2B outbound actually works end to end (ICP → list → campaign → replies → meetings) and can diagnose where it breaks.
- You optimize for speed to first value, not feature adoption. You know how to move customers from setup to real execution fast.
- You're confident leading video calls, guiding decisions, and pushing customers to take action, not just explaining the product.
- You can quickly spot adoption or execution risks and focus on the few actions that will unlock progress fastest.
- Startup mindset: ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast.
- You're fluent in both Spanish and English (C1).
- Based in Barcelona and available to work from the office 5 days/week (with flexibility when needed).
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, startups, or fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with key SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, Churn.
- Additional languages (Italian or German).
