Your Role: Marketing Associate PH OTC Products

The Marketing Associate PH OTC Products is responsible for driving the execution of Trade Marketing initiatives for OTC brands at the local level, translating strategy into impactful channel activations. This hybrid role also provides hands-on support in brand management, collaborating with Brand Managers on Brand Plans, campaign adaptation, and new product launches. The position ensures alignment with business priorities and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and distribution of trade material across key channels, coordinating with Sales and Key Accounts for flawless execution.
  • Monitor in-store execution and competitor activities, ensuring timely delivery of trade materials and tracking trade spends efficiency.
  • Support OTC teams and Brand Managers in the execution of Brand Plans, adapting global brand assets to local needs, and supporting new product launches.
  • Manage Trade Marketing OPEX, ensuring accurate planning, tracking, and reporting, and contribute to supply forecasting.
  • Assess customer, consumer, and sales team needs through interactions and market research, conducting regular field visits to gather feedback and insights.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Degree level in life science, business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of marketing or trade marketing experience.
  • Strong enthusiasm for marketing, particularly in Trade Marketing and in-store activation, with high attention to detail and a creative, solution-oriented mindset; excellent organizational, implementation, and communication skills, with demonstrated experience working effectively in cross-functional team

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience in animal health, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
  • Exposure to channel execution or shopper-focused activities.
  • Ability to translate customer and shopper insights into clear recommendations.

Additional Information: Travel: Approximately 20% (minimum 10 days/quarter for field visits).

Location: Spain (Madrid head office or home-based).
