Your next challenge:

The Global Business Analyst contributes to alignment of processes, to translation of business requirements into IT requirements, the design of functional choices, and the adoption of changes. Is a change facilitator & a trainer.

You will help us to implement and run SAP4/HANA system in 28 countries worldwide.

What you'll be doing:

•
Business requirements :
introduce core model
,
contribute to mapping of processes with core model, gather, review and analyze business needs and impacts.

•
Business alignment :
Actively challenge historic modus operandi ("you have always done it this way") with a view to bringing best practices into the standard processes ("it makes sense to do it that way")

•
Business analysis :
Support GPO with process reviews and analyze key business metrics to devise plans for change and improvement, assess options.

•
Translator :
Translate business requirements into IT requirements and functional specification for the CORE model, if needed test core model functionalities

•
Issue management :
Track, centralize and manage global business issue (issue log) and contribute solutioning scenarios assessment

•
Animator :
Be a central point of contact for country business stakeholder, key users or SMEs, and local business Analyst

•
Transversality :
Liaise between various business departments

•
Change facilitator :
act on process alignment and contribute to the adoption of the IS and Business solution, monitor change actions, training support

•
Manager (hierarchical link)
: ERP Director design, implementation of solutions and organization.

You're a match:

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in finance or IT

Languages
: English mandatory, Spanish is advantage

Competencies:

• Competence and experience in process design, process mapping experience and subject matter expertise on the relevant domain

• Preferable S4 Know / How

• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills

• Team spirit; result oriented; analysis & synthesis;

• Influencing & negotiation skills

• Comfortable interacting with Sr. executives

• Willing to travel – Up to 30% per months

• Conducting basic financial analysis
