About the role:
Business Assistant

We are looking for a
Business Assistent
to support the founder of a rapidly growing scale-up. This is not a traditional assistant role; it is a dynamic, strategic position where you will be involved in projects across operations, finance, sales, marketing, and strategy. You will also support in holding activities and occasional personal matters, always with the goal of enabling the founder to focus on high-impact priorities and driving the company forward.

weVLC is shaping the future of real estate with co-living and flex-living solutions. As we expand, we are driving multiple ventures in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your responsibilities

You will do whatever is needed to drive growth and support the founder in focusing on the most important priorities, whether business-related or personal. This means supporting across business operations, projects, and occasional practical matters. Tasks may vary from preparing analysis and presentations, organising agendas for trips and events, representing the founder in meetings, preparing contracts and documentation, or coordinating project launches, to jumping into visits, tours, or activities. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, flexible, and not afraid to support in any task that creates focus and impact.

Examples of what you will take on:

  • Prepare reports, analysis, legal documents, and contracts for internal and external use
  • Coordinate and support project launches, property visits, and team activities
  • Drive improvement in processes and help align cross-department initiatives
  • Organise trips and business events, ensuring agendas and follow-ups are clear
  • Represent the founder in meetings and act as a key point of contact with stakeholders
  • Handle documentation and follow-ups to ensure meetings and projects run smoothly
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks, from re-arranging the office to coordinating coaching.
