We are looking for a
Senior C# Developer
to join our growing team in
Barcelona
. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable applications while collaborating with global teams across Romania and the United States. You'll play a key role in leading development efforts, maintaining legacy systems, and leveraging
AWS Cloud
infrastructure to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

This position follows a
hybrid work model
based in
Barcelona
, with
three (3) days per week in the office
and
two (2) days working from home.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, write, build, and deploy high-quality code.
  • Analyze business application requirements, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with an Agile team, taking a leadership role in guiding development efforts and ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Leverage AWS Cloud infrastructure to design scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Maintain and improve existing legacy applications.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs across various OPIS codebases.
  • Adhere to best practices in software development, including continuous integration and deployment.

Must-have Skills

  • 6+ years
    of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, preferably SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working within a modern software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Exposure to Cloud and Application Architecture, ideally AWS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • English level:
    B2 Advanced or C1.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with microservices and containerized applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • AI Tooling Proficiency:
    Ability to leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
