Your Role

As a key member of our IT Service Integration & Management team, you'll drive the global growth of our ServiceNow platform alongside our ServiceNow Architect. Since its 2019 launch, ServiceNow has revolutionized our ITIL processes, self-service portals, and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Now, with its expanding footprint across IT and business units, we're looking to deepen our expertise and elevate our platform capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop & Customize:
    Design and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules — configure screens, manage workflows, build reports, import data, and script custom solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Integrate Systems:
    Connect ServiceNow seamlessly with third-party applications using APIs to maximize platform efficiency.
  • Document & Maintain Best Practices:
    Keep thorough documentation of developments and integrations, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate & Innovate:
    Participate actively in agile ceremonies, share ideas, and uphold development excellence to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain & Upgrade:
    Stay updated on ServiceNow's evolving features, manage platform upgrades, and guarantee reliable performance.
  • Support & Troubleshoot:
    Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ITOM platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Skills & Certifications

  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)
  • Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, or similar) is a plus
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong JavaScript skills (client scripts, business rules, UI policies)
  • Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, CSS) and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management modules; experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is an advantage
  • Languages:
    Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
