Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Orihuela Costa. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying and selling process while upholding our standards of service, professionalism, and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Orihuela Costa and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research and property evaluations to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions with clients and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
• Special focus on new build developments and international clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Fluency in English/Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
