Derecho Inmobiliario
que quiera desarrollar su carrera en el sector de la inversión. Somos un

, y buscamos a alguien con criterio jurídico, autonomía y capacidad analítica para acompañar el crecimiento del negocio.

Este puesto combina el
análisis legal
de operaciones con el apoyo al área de originación y gestión de proyectos. Además de revisar contratos, participarás en su redacción, en procesos de
due diligence
, en la estructuración societaria y en el análisis de riesgos. Es una oportunidad para crecer en un entorno exigente y
formarte de manera integral
en un área jurídica estratégica.

¿Qué funciones tendrás?

  • Apoyar en la elaboración, revisión y negociación de contratos (reservas, arras, contratos privados,
    SPAs
    ,
    joint ventures
    , préstamos participativos, entre otros).
  • Coordinar y ejecutar procesos de
    due diligence
    legal: registral, catastral, urbanística y contractual.
  • Mantener actualizada la información jurídica en nuestros sistemas internos y preparar reportes para el equipo de inversión.
  • Servir como punto de contacto con notarías, registradores, abogados externos, etc.
  • Apoyar en la estructuración jurídica de nuevas oportunidades y en la preparación de documentación.
  • Colaborar con la dirección en la toma de decisiones durante los procesos de adquisición y desinversión.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Graduado/a en Derecho, o doble grado relacionado, ya colegiado o próximo a colegiarse.
  • Se valorará la experiencia previa en Derecho Inmobiliario, Urbanístico o Mercantil.
  • Capacidad analítica, criterio jurídico sólido y orientación al detalle.
  • Perfil organizado, disciplinado, autónomo y con alta capacidad de comunicación.
  • Interés real por el sector de la inversión inmobiliaria.
