Únete a AXA como Técnico/a de Gestión de Enterprise Services

Desarrolla y evoluciona el rol de técnico/a de gestión de Enterprise Services realizando las siguientes funciones principales:

PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES / RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Gestión de activos IT:

  • Gestión de inventarios de software y hardware gestionados por nuestra herramienta Silva (service-now).

  • Control y mejora en la gestión de activos IT (servidores, Workstations, móviles, bases de datos, etc.) asegurando que el proceso se está cumpliendo y haciendo seguimiento con los diferentes equipos técnicos.

  • Automatización y mejora en los procesos de gestión de activos.

  • Gestión de licencias IT tanto de servidores como Workstations, ayudando a automatizar o facilitar el control en lo posible.

  • Contribución en el proceso de compras de IT de la compañía, manteniendo contacto con los equipos de compras y, en algunos casos, con proveedores externos como Orange, Microsoft, Lenovo, HP.
  • Colaboración y gestión en la resolución de auditorías que afecten al área y participación en el proyecto de DORA para la implementación de todos los requisitos que afectan a nuestra parte.
  • Interrelación y participación en el Governance con proveedores internos IT (AXA GO, Cesame, etc.) para el seguimiento del servicio y la gestión de todos los procesos que llevamos con ellos como proveedores.
  • Seguimiento del servicio con entidades del grupo a las que les ofrecemos el servicio de ONE ROOF (AXA GO, GIE, IMA).

Deseable:

  • Certificación ITIL.
  • Conocimiento en entornos tecnológicos de Redes, Infraestructura y BBDD y sus dependencias.

PERFIL:

Educación:

  • Formación Académica: Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Informática, Telecomunicaciones (Valorable).
  • Formación Complementaria: Posgrado en gestión o máster (Valorable).

Experiencia:

  • 3-5 años en el puesto o similar y/o en otras áreas.

Idiomas:

  • Inglés: Imprescindible, nivel medio/alto.

Soft Skills:

  • Excelentes habilidades de coordinación y comunicación a distintos niveles tanto en inglés como en español, con equipos técnicos y otros departamentos.
  • Alta capacidad de organización y orientación a resultados.
  • Mentalidad proactiva en la identificación de problemas y en la búsqueda de soluciones efectivas.
  • Habilidades sólidas de relación con distintos perfiles técnicos y de negocio.
  • Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y seguimiento.
