Your Role
Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in all interventions.
Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team: assign tasks, provide technical support, evaluate performance, and foster skill development.
Plan and schedule electrical maintenance work, ensuring the availability of materials, tools, equipment, and personnel.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring a quick response to minimize production downtime.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Review and validate technical documentation, including electrical diagrams, maintenance procedures, and equipment specifications.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, and other maintenance areas to ensure effective communication and planning.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, participating in updates, modifications, or modernization of electrical systems.
Ensure high-quality execution of electrical installations, inspections, and commissioning of new equipment.
Report any incidents or non-conformities detected during task execution to your supervisor.
Comply with the Integrated Management System Policy, as well as manuals, procedures, instructions, and other applicable documentation.
Perform any other tasks related to your Professional Group as assigned by your supervisors.
About you
University degree in Engineering or Vocational Training in Mechanics, Electrical, or related fields, with experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
Minimum of 2 years' experience managing industrial maintenance.
Strong proficiency in office tools such as Project and Excel, essential for planning and project tracking.
Previous experience with SAP management (at least 1 year).
Basic level of English for technical communication.
Experience in production processes and handling food products, or knowledge of Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Knowledge of applicable regulations and product attributes.
Ability to manage projects and select suppliers in collaboration with the purchasing department.
Orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D and Eplan for design and technical management.
