Reportando al Responsable de Operaciones, se encargará del control de calidad de nuestros productos con el objetivo de cumplir con normativas y estándares requeridos.
¿Cuáles serán sus responsabilidades?
- Evaluación y homologación de proveedores y gestión documental de los certificados de calidad.
- Seguimiento de la trazabilidad de componentes.
- Mantenimiento del Sistema de Gestión de la empresa.
- Participación en auditorías internas y externas.
- Obtención y mantenimiento de certificados (ISO9001, IS014001, UNE EN1090, Achilles, etc.)
- Apoyo en los procesos de control de calidad en campo durante el montaje mecánico del producto en cumplimiento con los estándares requeridos.
- Control de procesos de fabricación y validación de componentes.
- Evaluación de las capacidades de nuevos proveedores.
- Gestión documental de calidad de proyecto, enlazando clientes y proveedores.
- Gestión de certificaciones CE de productos suministrados.
- Elaboración de certificados de calidad para cliente.
- Gestión de incidencias de calidad.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Formación en Ingeniería o especialidad técnica.
- Idiomas: inglés alto.
- Experiencia en departamentos de calidad enfocado a calidad de producto y metrología.
- Se valorará experiencia en procesos productivos de transformación de acero.
- Deseable conocimientos en Interpretación de planos, Metrología, Procesos productivos de transformación de acero: perfilado, estampado, forja; recubrimientos: galvanizado en caliente, galvanizado en frío, recubrimientos tornillería…
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma frecuente a nivel nacional (e internacional esporádicamente)
