About the Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer III
As a Full Stack Engineer III, you will apply a diverse range of advanced skills and concepts to develop and maintain robust frontend and backend systems. You will tackle assignments that require innovative solutions and take ownership of the planning and execution of these tasks. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring junior teammates, fostering collaboration within the team. You will also make contributions in improving code quality, process efficiency, and project delivery timelines, helping to enhance overall team performance.

Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge frontend and backend systems.
Performance Optimization
Use innovative techniques to maximize efficiency and performance across the full stack.
Advanced Component Development

Plan and execute complex assignments with a focus on innovative solutions.
Leadership And Mentorship

Requirements
5–7 years of professional experience working as a software engineer in a team environment.
Proficiency with
WordPress
as a CMS.
Proficiency in full-stack technologies, including
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Proficiency with
NextJS
and
AWS
Experience working with Databases (
PostgreSQL
and/or
MySQL
).
Demonstrated passion for consulting, improving, good conflict resolution, and criteria.
Strong communication skills.
