People Operations Intern– French Speaker

What You'll Do:

We are looking for an involved and energetic Intern to join Criteo and support our Local People

Operations France Team.

You will work within the People Operation team based in Barcelona. The People Operations Intern will be

providing first-line HR support to a group of employees and managers based in France.

Your mission will be to support the team in different HR areas, with a focus on essential HR administrative

tasks.

What you will do?

 Support the team regarding the management of the onboarding process for newhires across

Criteo offices in France :

  • Preparation of employment contracts and management of employees files.
  • Update HR data within our HR system.

 Management of day-to-day human resources matters, such as :

  • Some type of Leaves (Annual Leave, Sick Leave) ,
  • Preparation of letters and certificate for employees
  • Questions and management of benefit enrolments.
  • Follow-up and scheduling of occupational medical exams.

 Cases management through our ticketing tool.

  • Properly handle employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation using

our ticketing tool.

 Work in true partnership with other People Operation colleagues, Payroll, Talent Acquisition

and IT/Workplace.

 Drive consistency and efficiency for core People related processes.

Who You Are:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • High level of English, French mandatory (management of employment contracts for our newhires

in Paris office).

  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • A self-starter, ideally with a foundation of HR knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and multicultural environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
