As a Sr. Business Analyst - Front Office (Calypso) reporting to Lead Analyst, you'll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Capture and document client requirements, mapping them to Calypso Standard Reference Model (CSRM) processes.
• Design, configure, and test system solutions to meet business needs and accelerate time-to-market.
• Partner with internal teams and clients through all project phases, including Blueprint, UAT, Migration, and Go-live.
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product and Technical teams to deliver enhancements.
• Train client users on system functionality, configurations, and new features.
Required Qualifications
• Broad knowledge of different asset classes (FX, FX, IRD, FI, Credit, Commodities).
• 7+ years of experience in Front Office and Risk consultancy within capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of product valuation and risk methodologies (Market, Credit, Liquidity).
• Clear communicator with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
Experience in client facing role;
Education in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
This position will be located in Spain (Work from Home).
