Desde nuestra división de Marketing Digital, estamos buscando un/a Senior UX/UI Technical Lead Designer, para incorporarse directamente a una empresa financiera en el equipo de UX y trabajar en productos digitales dentro del ámbito financiero, trading y contenidos económicos.
Funciones principales:
Liderar técnicamente el área de UX/UI, gestionando un equipo pequeño de diseñadores.
Diseñar y evolucionar interfaces de alta fidelidad con un fuerte foco en la calidad visual.
Crear y mantener el Design System desde cero, asegurando su correcta adopción.
Garantizar la coherencia visual y de experiencia en todas las plataformas (web, app y contenidos digitales).
Colaborar estrechamente con Front-end, producto y stakeholders, actuando como referente de UX/UI
Requisitos:
Experiencia sólida en UX/UI para productos digitales.
Experiencia liderando o coordinando equipos de diseño.
Fuerte capacidad en UI visual y dominio avanzado de Figma.
Experiencia creando y gestionando Design Systems.
Alta capacidad de comunicación y colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares.
