ROLE SUMMARY:

King's College School Soto de Viñuelas is seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support examination sessions during February and May. These are temporary, part-time roles, ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a calm, responsible approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise students during examinations to ensure exam regulations are followed at all times
  • Prepare examination rooms, including distributing and collecting exam materials
  • Start and finish exams according to agreed procedures and timings
  • Respond appropriately to student queries during exams, following examination guidelines
  • Report any irregularities or incidents to the Examinations Officer

Requisitos

  • Requisitos: - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately

  • Calm, professional manner and the ability to manage groups of students

  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible availability during exam periods
  • Good communication skills in English (Spanish desirable)
  • Previous experience as an exam invigilator is an advantage, but not essential
