Tu misión
Serás responsable de
generar y convertir oportunidades B2B
, construyendo tu propio funnel: desde la prospección hasta el cierre incluida la coordinación del pedido y el handover con operaciones.
Qué harás (día a día)
- Identificar y generar leads outbound,
investigando y contactando empresas que encajen con nuestro Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), a través de diferentes canales: bases de datos, referidos, eventos, redes profesionales, etc. - Reactivar y dinamizar cuentas existentes
detectando nuevas oportunidades dentro de nuestros clientes. - Construir tu base de datos
de empresas objetivo a partir de KPIs y patrones basados en nuestros clientes habituales. - Concertar reuniones
y presentar catálogo/soluciones (corporate gifts, eventos, welcome packs, etc.). - Preparar presupuestos
con rangos de precios, opciones de producto, personalización y timings (con apoyo interno). - Gestionar pipeline en CRM
actividad, forecast y reporting semanal. - Colaborar con marketing, diseño y operaciones
asegurando una comunicación fluida y alineación de objetivos.
Lo que buscamos
- 1–3 años de experiencia
en ventas B2B (ideal: ventas merchandising, eventos o retail B2B). - Cómoda/o con
outbound puro
: llamadas frías, seguimiento y resiliencia. - Capacidad real de
autogestión
: organizarse, priorizar cuentas y mantener cadencias. - Buen nivel de comunicación escrita (emails que consiguen respuesta) y verbal (llamada que abre puerta).
- Mentalidad de métricas: entiendes que la actividad constante alimenta el pipeline.
- Español nativo e
inglés alto
(C1 o equivalente): reuniones, propuesta y negociación con clientes internacionales. - Capacidad para aprender rápido sobre producto/materiales y argumentario (sostenibilidad, enfoque práctico).
Plus (no obligatorio):
- Experiencia vendiendo productos físicos personalizados / proyectos con MOQs y plazos.
- Manejo de CRM.
- Red previa de contactos en empresas/instituciones.
KPIs (cómo mediremos el éxito)
Trabajarás con objetivos claros. Ejemplos típicos (se ajustarán tras onboarding):
- Nuevas cuentas target añadidas/semana
- Actividades outbound/semana (calls + emails + LinkedIn)
- Ratio de respuesta / ratio de reuniones agendadas
- Reuniones realizadas/mes
- Propuestas enviadas/mes
- Cierres y margen / facturación B2B
