Daily responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the sprint content for the version, in line with the roadmap.
- Sprint tracking: estimates, risk, alerts, ticket progress, planning and management of unforeseen applications.
- Assign topics to the team on the project.
- Ensure smooth testing phases with the QA/testing team: capture feedback and plan fixes.
- Organize project meetings: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
- Maintain team cohesion and interactions with other teams.
- Perform people management for team members.
- Work with colleagues to develop them and support their career progression.
Who are you?
- We are looking for someone who can drive positive change, is proactive, and can lead the way – passionate, with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and progress.
- Organized, rigorous, autonomous; you have significant and proven experience in managing large-scale projects in Agile, with Product Owner experience.
- You are curious, enjoy the challenge, and want to use your listening and communication skills to move the team forward. Communication with project stakeholders is essential.
