Buscamos un/a
Líder de Infraestructura & IT
para un cliente del sector industrial con presencia nacional e internacional. La persona seleccionada será clave en la evolución tecnológica de la compañía, liderando proyectos estratégicos y equipos técnicos, y contribuyendo directamente al crecimiento internacional del negocio.

En este rol tendrás responsabilidad sobre la disponibilidad, seguridad y escalabilidad de la infraestructura tecnológica. Trabajarás junto al CIO para definir la estrategia tecnológica, impulsar la innovación y asegurar que los sistemas estén preparados para el crecimiento.

Responsabilidades Clave
Liderazgo y gestión de equipos

  • Liderarás y motivarás al equipo de Infrastructure & Helpdesk, promoviendo su desarrollo profesional, colaboración y excelencia operativa.
  • Fomentarás un entorno de trabajo basado en buenas prácticas, documentación y estandarización.

Diseño y evolución de infraestructura

  • Diseñarás y evolucionarás infraestructuras en AWS y Hyper-V, asegurando escalabilidad, rendimiento y eficiencia.
  • Gestionarás entornos híbridos, integrando plataformas on-prem y cloud.

Redes, conectividad y seguridad

  • Gestionarás redes y dispositivos (Fortigate, Unifi, Mikrotik) para garantizar conectividad segura, estable y resiliente.
  • Implementarás y mantendrás medidas de seguridad y control de acceso.

Operaciones y procesos

  • Definirás y optimizarás procesos de incidencias, cambios, backups y recuperación ante desastres.
  • Resolverás problemas complejos, reducirás errores recurrentes y documentarás procesos para asegurar trazabilidad y estandarización.

Estrategia tecnológica

  • Planificarás la evolución tecnológica junto al CIO, alineando infraestructura y estrategia de negocio.
  • Liderarás proyectos de modernización y migración de infraestructuras híbridas.

Entorno Microsoft y modernización

  • Gestionarás y evolucionarás el entorno Microsoft (Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID).
  • Liderarás proyectos de migración y modernización hacia entornos híbridos o cloud.

Sobre ti
Requisitos imprescindibles

  • Experiencia mínima de 3–4 años en roles de liderazgo en infraestructura.
  • Grado en Ingeniería Informática o afines.
  • Experiencia avanzada en administración de AWS, Hyper-V, Linux, Mac y Windows.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en redes y firewalls (Fortigate, Unifi, Mikrotik).
  • Experiencia en CI/CD, monitorización y automatización (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Castellano imprescindible. Inglés valorado.
  • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar.
