JOB DETAIL

Mettre en place des projets d'animation, en cohérence avec le projet pédagogique de l'ALSH et le projet éducatif Enfance de Léo Lagrange Ouest.
Développer des animations et thématiques culturelles, artistiques, manuelles ou sportives à destination des
Participer activement aux temps de réunions d'équipe et au partage des
Veiller au bien-être des enfants et à leur sécurité affective et physique, être à leur écoute.
Adopter une posture professionnelle vis-à-vis des acteurs de l'ALSH (enfants, familles, collègues…)
Veiller aux bonnes règles d'hygiène et de sécurité en lien avec la
Rendre compte auprès de la direction des situations particulières.

Spécificité du poste

Vous travaillerez tous les mercredis sur semaines scolaires

La préparation est adaptée eu temps de travail (2H le mardi matin semaine scolaire)

Profil recherché

Vous avez une bonne connaissance du public enfance,
Vous faites preuve de curiosité et d'une ouverture d'esprit,
Vous avez un bon relationnel et une capacité d'écoute,
Vous êtes déjà expérimenté avec ce
Le permis de conduire serait un
